Business meetings to boost the appeal of our shows to major buyers
For two years Comexposium has been developing a new unique concept in business meetings known as Gold Meetings. This service, reserved for exhibitors at Comexposium shows, is designed to give major buyers a chance to better identify the exhibitors most likely to meet their requirements.
Gold Meetings offer a number of benefits including:
- Saving time and maximise the buyer’s visit
- Identifying genuine projects for exhibitors
- Meetings are organised in a specially reserved area at the show, that’s quiet and confidential.
The special feature of this concept is that buyers select the exhibitors they want to meet from those who respond. Therefore no-one has been forced to attend a meeting. This double validation guarantees a viable meeting with a chance of generating new contacts for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Gold Meetings are gradually being introduced into all Comexposium shows. After Manutention, MAP, Equipmag, Tracabilité&Progilog, Emballage and IPA, Gold Meetings will be launched at Intermat and Sima in 2009 and are proving to be a success since satisfaction rates are already approaching 100%!
Comexposium is positioning this on the market as an expert platform for business meetings. As from 2009, the Comexposium Business Meeting Platform will act as a specialist service provider for other events organisers.
