SILMO Sydney will be held on 9-11 March 2017 in the brand new International Convention Centre in Australia’s economic and cultural capital
Organised by Expertise Events, a specialist in event management and trade fairs, SILMO Sydney will be held on 9-11 March 2017 in the brand new International Convention Centre in Australia’s economic and cultural capital. The aim of this new trade fair is to reach buyers and opticians in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific islands. It will play host to brands and companies from across the optical and eyewear sector: frames, lenses, contact lenses, materials, services, etc. and is expected to become the new stand-out event in the industry’s international trade fair calendar.
To ensure high quality hosting and relevant offerings, the organisers intend to set up two advisory committees. The first, The Eyewear Suppliers Panel, will represent exhibitor companies, which will have to undertake to reflect market requirements.
The second, The Eyewear Retailers Panel, viewed as essential, will comprise independent opticians, distributors, optometrists, ophthalmologists and other professionals involved in the optics and eyewear retail sector. Their collective contribution will shape the subjects and formats of visitor-focused presentations on market developments.
About the organisers:
