The figures speak for themselves: 75% of exhibiting companies intend to attend a physical show in 2021 according to recent data.

Comexposium, one of the world's leading event organizers, was pleased to welcome its clients back to its first post-crisis events in May: notably at Sial China (+25% of professionals vs. 2019) and Franchise Expo in Nashville, USA.

Expectations are just as high around the recovery in Europe, with the opening in Paris today of Bim World dedicated to the construction sector, and in Monaco with Ready For IT on digital transformation from June 28 to 30.

A leading contributor to the economic recovery

Networking at face-to-face events is a strong asset: 493 billion euros are generated by the contracts discussed or signed there each year2, making the event industry a leading player in the economic recovery.

Comexposium is contributing to this recovery by confirming the main events of the upcoming autumn in key sectors such as security, retail, food, fashion, and cars, in all its markets (France, International) and through iconic and unifying brands.

To welcome the public and its clients, Comexposium is counting on a triptych carefully prepared over the last few months:

-          Absolute respect for health and safety regulations,

-          Innovation in concepts and content targeted by sector,

-          New formats, by correlating more physical events and online platforms to meet the new expectations of our communities. The multiplication of contact points and interactions of our customers will create amplified paths, offline and online, both during and outside of the events.

Renaud Hamaide, President of Comexposium, stated: "Our international dimension allows us to be an informed observer of business trends and behaviors. This allows us to say that business has picked up strongly on the Asian continent and is starting up again in Europe and America. We have also learned from the crisis and kept the best of the digital practices to serve our communities who travel to our shows".

Among the new features, an initiative with BPI France, "WeSpeakRetail", was launched on June 22.

Bpifrance is partnering with the One to One Retail E-commerce Monaco event to offer a year-long range of content. The aim of these talks is to promote the access of start-ups to the retail market.

This structuring initiative will give the One to One event a richer network of startups, solution providers and retailers.
