Every event has a dedicated communications team including as a minimum a Communications Director, Communications Manager and Communications Officer.

Examples of roles
The Communications Manager’s role is to propose and implement an innovative action plan that generates flows, in line with the budget and the trade fair’s overall strategy. Monitors and evaluates the actions in place, taking corrective action as necessary.
Communications Officer responsible for Digital Technologies
The main role of the Digital Communications Officer is to create and input content for the trade fair’s website, mobile version and mobile app. Implements the Brand Content strategy by publishing content on the trade fair’s entire digital ecosystem and through community management. Also responsible for email campaigns, and for reporting on all these actions.
Devises, implements, brings to life and evaluates the most appropriate communications to project the image of the Comexposium event. The aims of the communications plan are to promote the brand and the business sector, and to attract potential visitors and exhibitors.
To support the Group in its goals and its digital transformation, Comexposium has created the Digital Agency.
Within the Group Digital Division, Digital Project Managers are responsible, together with a team of Communications Managers and Officers, for implementing Comexposium’s digital strategy within the events they are responsible for, in line with each trade fair’s business plan and strategy.
