Our employees are loyal. A large part of them spent the majority of their career at <strong>Comexposium.<\/strong> Because we have the capacity to retain and develop talent.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comexposium<\/strong> is <strong>400 events, 60 brands,<\/strong> <strong>50 different professions <\/strong>and numerous development paths within the Group. This wealth allows our employees to change professions, events, sectors, and to acquire management functions or cross-functional expertise in the matrix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have put in place the tools that allow us to listen to their wishes. We organize courses that will allow them to grow and flourish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also welcome new talents, both to support the development of our activities through occasional reinforcements corresponding to the life cycles of our events, but also.to grow <strong>Comexposium<\/strong> by providing technical or sectoral expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have put in place a complete integration process for them. We offer them a godmother or godfather among the \u201celders\u201d, who accompanies them during their first months. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among these new talents, we welcome many young people, particularly on internships or work-study programs, who bring to the Group a force of innovation that we make sure to let express itself. We ensure that we pass on our knowledge to them and train them in a sustainable approach.
