This turnout confirms the exhibition&#8217;s status as an unmissable event for fine food.<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The 2025 edition in a few figures<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>5,350 <\/strong>professionals (+17% vs 2024), including 15% from abroad (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Japan, South Korea, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>360 <\/strong>exhibitors and <strong>504 <\/strong>brands represented, nearly half of<br>which are new exhibitors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>17 <\/strong>countries represented, from Armenia to Ethiopia, including<br>Greece, Japan and Lebanon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two days filled with inspiration and trends<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Experts&#8217; Agora<\/strong>, the beating heart of the show, hosted numerous conferences and round tables. Discussions focused on the rise of social media as a lever for influence, the boom in<br>\u2018better eating\u2019, the role of grocery corners in catering, and best practices for enhancing the appeal and profitability of businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Place des Comptoirs<\/strong> and <strong>Le Sentier des D\u00e9couvertes<\/strong> showcased emerging brands and bold concepts, confirming the show&#8217;s role as a springboard for start-ups.<\/p>\n\n\n<section class=\"testimonials\">\n\t\t<div class=\"container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"content testimonials-slider\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"block\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote>Detecting trends, revealing gems and supporting the rise of an entire sector: that is Gourmet Selection&#8217;s mission.
