CEO of the Group since August 2025, Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti heads Comexposium, one of the world’s largest organisers of professional and consumer events.

Graduated from IEP Strasbourg (2004) and the School of Economic Warfare (2005), Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti was appointed Managing Director of the Prometheus corporate foundation in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, he was a member of Christine Lagarde’s private office, as speechwriter at the Minister of Economy, Finance, and Industry.

In 2011, he joined Unibail-Rodamco as Director of Communication and Institutional Relations. Between 2014 and 2018, he was Deputy Director and then Deputy CEO of Viparis, the European leader in congresses and trade shows. He was CEO of Viparis between 2018 and 2023.

In 2023, he became President of Copheam, where he supported investors and companies in real estate, hospitality, or transformation development projects. In 2024, he was appointed Managing Director in charge of Diversification at Mediawan, Europe’s premier independent studio, also member of the group’s Executive Committee.

He joins Comexposium as CEO of the Group in August 2025.

Driss TAZI

Managing Director, EMEA, US & Group Transformation

With over 20 years of experience in finance and M&A, Driss Tazi oversees Comexposium’s subsidiaries in Europe, the Middle East and the US, as well as the Group’s business transformation.

A graduate of ESMA and ESCP Europe in Finance and Accounting, Driss began his career with the Auchan Group as a management controller, then joined the Paris-Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR).

Pendant 10 ans, il y occupe différentes fonctions financières et stratégiques, dont celle For 10 years, he held various financial and strategic positions, including Head of Reporting, then Head of Investments. In this role, he was responsible for monitoring Viparis and Comexposium, subsidiaries of the CCIR.

Driss Tazi joined Comexposium in 2015 as Head of Development, then Head of M&A. He oversees all processes relating to the acquisition and integration of new entities in new territories and sectors. In 2023, he was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer.

A member of the Executive Committee, Driss Tazi became Managing Director EMEA, US & Transformation in 2025. In this role, he oversees subsidiaries based in France (Comexposium One to One, Comexposium Healthcare, WSN, l’Etudiant, etc.), in the Nordic countries (Insight Events Sweden & Denmark), in Saudi Arabia and on the American continent (Comexposium US, Brazil, MFV Expositions), as well as transformation projects aimed at strengthening the Group’s performance.

Carine PRETERRE

Managing Director, Exhibitions France

An expert in developing event brands and community engagement, Carine Préterre oversees the strategy and growth of the Group’s French B2C and B2B events.

A graduate of EDHEC Business School, she began her career in the consumer goods sector, notably at Coca-Cola France, where she spent more than nine years developing solid expertise in marketing, brand activation and the creation of value-added experiences.

After gaining entrepreneurial experience, Carine joined Comexposium in 2012. She then took over the management of Foire de Paris, the Group’s oldest event, which she transformed by rethinking its positioning, its offering and the visitor experience, thereby strongly reinforcing its attractiveness.

In 2019, she was appointed Managing Director of Comexposium’s ‘Passion’ events. In this role, she is responsible for a portfolio of iconic French B2C events, including Foire de Paris, Rétromobile, le Salon Mondial du Tourisme, Créations & Savoir-Faire, le Salon de la Photo, le Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, as well as the SolutionsCSE events.

In 2025, Carine Préterre was appointed Managing Director, Exhibitions France. She oversees Comexposium’s B2C and B2B events in France (with the exception of events operated by subsidiaries). This scope brings together nearly 20 brands and around 100 events, some of which are held internationally, in sectors such as leisure, agriculture, retail, optics and eyewear, automotive and transport, security, construction, packaging, and works councils.

Morgan LAVIELLE

Group Director, Communication & CSR

With over 20 years of experience at major international groups in communications, Morgan Lavielle oversees corporate communications and the CSR strategy of the Comexposium Group.

A graduate of Neoma Business School, Morgan began his career in the Advertising Department of Société Générale. He then joined the Unibail Group, where he supported shopping centres in their communications plans. During the Unibail/Rodamco merger, he helped define and deploy the corporate communications strategy of a new European leader and oversaw the Group’s major internal and external events.

In 2011, Morgan Lavielle joined the Carrefour Group to oversee communications for its real estate subsidiary, Carrefour Property. In 2014, he participated in the creation of Carmila, then in 2017 in its initial public offering, defining and deploying the internal and external communications strategy for the third-largest listed shopping centre company in Europe.

In 2022, Morgan Lavielle joined Comexposium as the Group’s Director of Communications and CSR. As a member of the Executive Committee, he oversees the internal and external communications strategy for the Comexposium brand and is responsible for driving and implementing the Group’s CSR strategy and commitments.

Sarah MARTIN

Group Director, HR

Sarah Martin is Director of Human Resources for the Comexposium Group. For nearly fifteen years, she has been involved in HR transformation projects in a variety of environments, both in France and internationally.

After studying labor law, she obtained a master’s degree in human resources management and began her career at AstraZeneca, where she specialized in labor relations. She then joined Cellectis, a biotechnology start-up, where she held her first position as an HR specialist in a fast-growing environment.

She subsequently joined the Japanese group Nippon Express, a world leader in transport and logistics, where she led major social restructuring projects as Head of Human Resources for the French subsidiary.

In 2017, Sarah Martin became Director of Human Resources at Warner Music France. She supported structural changes in a dynamic environment, focusing on employee experience, attractiveness and employer branding. This approach notably enabled Warner Music France to obtain the sector’s first Great Place to Work certification.

In September 2023, she joined Comexposium as Director of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee. She oversees the Group’s strategy, skills and organisational development, talent recruitment and retention, and social dialogue, serving the Group’s 1,200 employees.

Ronen COHEN

Group Director, Operations & Purchasing

An expert in the entire value chain for all types of events, Ronen Cohen manages Operations and Purchasing for the Comexposium Group.

With a degree in finance, Ronen Cohen began his career as a buyer at Orange. In 2001, he joined Unibail-Rodamco-Viparis, where he discovered the events sector as a senior buyer for the leading park manager in the Paris region.

He then joined the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS), where he developed his expertise in negotiation and event coordination through the International Paris Air Show.

In 2009, Ronen Cohen joined the Comexposium Group, where he took over as head of the Purchasing department. He coordinated and strengthened the ecosystem of service providers and partners, while contributing to the development of the quality of the customer experience at the Group’s events.

In 2019, he was appointed Director of Operations and Purchasing. In this role, he oversees Comexposium’s purchasing strategy and, together with his team, is responsible for the design and implementation of more than a hundred of the Group’s events, enhancing the quality of customer experience and promoting sustainable development.

In 2025, Ronen Cohen expanded his remit to cover all the Group’s Operations and Purchasing activities, with the aim of deploying best practices and synergies to further improve the quality of execution.

Currently leading the operations of Comexposium in Asia Pacific, Elaine Chia oversees the Group’s development across key markets including China, Southeast Asia, Japan, India, and Australia & New Zealand.

Elaine has held senior leadership positions in the media and exhibitions industry with over two decades of experience driving growth in Asia-Pacific. She began her career in marketing and data analytics before moving into the exhibitions and one-to-one events sector. In 2005, she joined Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), where she founded Sphere Exhibits, which has since evolved into a consortium (Constellar) owned by Temasek Holdings (a Singapore sovereign wealth fund). She grew it into a leading exhibition platform in Southeast Asia. As Managing Director at SPH Media, she expanded a diversified portfolio of B2B and B2C events through acquisitions, partnerships, and digital integration.

Elaine continues to strengthen Comexposium’s footprint in Asia Pacific, with particular focus on China and Southeast Asia, across sectors including food, security, digital marketing, retail, and automotive, and overseeing more than 200 employees.

Rodolphe LAMEYSE

A professional in the organisation of international events in the Food & Beverage sector, Rodolphe Lameyse heads Vinexposium, the world’s leading organiser of events for wine and spirits professionals.

A graduate of Kedge Bordeaux and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, Rodolphe Lameyse began his career at Accenture in Paris before joining the Adecco Group in Lyon and then Zurich.

He joined the events sector in 2009 as Marketing and Customer Services Director at Reed Midem France, where he oversaw digital marketing, e-business and the entire customer journey, from visitor recruitment to the on-site experience.

In 2014, Rodolphe moved to Singapore to run an exhibition industry consulting firm and then went on to manage Food & Hospitality Asia and ProWein Asia at Informa Group (formerly UBM).

Returning to France in 2019, he became head of the Bordeaux-based organizer Vinexpo, which became Vinexposium following its merger with Comexposium in 2020.

With his in-depth knowledge of the global wine and spirits industry, Rodolphe Lameyse is helping to structure and develop the Vinexposium Group, which in five years has become the world’s leading organiser of professional events in the sector.
