There are around 50 different job roles within Comexposium, each with the aim of ensuring that our communities, exhibitors and visitors, are satisfied with their experience.

Numerous professions in the service of community animation

Within the Group, we cover areas of expertise that are essential to an events organisation, such as event management, operations and logistics. Roles within these areas involve direct contact with customers, such as in our Sales and Customer Relations departments, as well as in our Marketing Communications and Digital teams, who help to develop and grow our communities before, during and after an event. Our experts are grouped into departments, or “Practices”, and work on a portfolio of events.

Comexposium is also supported by core cross-functional teams to help drive its business and operate its events, such as Administration and Finance functions, as well as Legal, IT, Human Resources and Communications.

Events Directors

Events Directors manage their portfolio of brands from the conception stage through to implementation, coordinating with all the departments that contribute to the smooth running of those events (such as Sales, Marketing Communications and Operations), in order to ensure the strong performance of their events and to support our communities and subsidiary partners.

Sales teams and Customer Relations

Their mission is to optimise the sales performance of an event, the challenge of which is two-fold: acquiring new exhibitors; and developing loyalty among existing exhibitors. They carry out business development activities, hire spaces and associated services, and manage customer relationships.

They strive to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.

Job roles: Sales Director, Sales Manager, Acquisition and Loyalty Development Manager, Key Accounts Manager, Customer Relations Manager, etc.

Marketing Communications and Digital teams

Our Marketing Communications Departments are in charge of defining and developing the positioning of our brands, drawing on the expertise of data management, brand content and digital acquisition specialists.

Their goal? To activate all available levers in order to increase brand awareness and maximise the appeal of our events, while delivering targeted content to each of our communities.

Added to this is one sizeable challenge: customer satisfaction.

Job roles: Marketing Communications Director – Events, Practice Director, Marketing Manager, Data Analyst, Communications Manager/Executive, Data Manager, Graphic Designer.

Operations Department, Purchasing and Logistics

Their mission is to ensure that the Group’s events run smoothly, by offering an optimal experience that delivers on the promise we make to our communities. Working closely with Events Directors, this department manages all service providers operating on-site, in respect of the relevant regulation. The department includes Operations Directors who are divided into a portfolio of exhibitions, as well as a Purchasing department, a Security, Safety & Sustainable Development department, and an Engineering and Design Department, which works cross-functionally with other teams.

Job roles: Operations Manager, Operations Coordinator, Safety and Security Manager, Sustainable Development Manager, Designer, Buyer, etc.

  • Do you have an instinct for planning, organisation and service quality?
  • Do you manage service providers as well as you coordinate projects, without ever losing your composure?
  • • Do you pay particular attention to the quality of deliverables, and are you mindful of always following the correct processes, adhering to a code of conduct and fulfilling compliance requirements?
