Arnaud Boussemart is responsible for leading the Group’s administrative and financial strategy.

Arnaud Boussemart began his professional career in the industrial sector with Lafarge Aluminates in Paris and Tokyo, before moving into audit and financial consulting with Mazars in 1998. As a partner at Mazars, he founded and led the Tokyo office for 10 years, overseeing its development upon his return to France in 2009. 

From 2014 to 2024, he was with IN Groupe (formerly Imprimerie Nationale), a global leader in digital identity solutions and secure digital services, as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. There, he led the Group’s digital transformation and growth, increasing revenue from €210 million to €620 million, notably through seven major mergers and acquisitions. He was awarded the Gold Trophy in the “Finance Leaders 2022.”

Since April 2024, he has served as a Senior Operating Advisor, providing expertise in Corporate Finance, M&A, and post-acquisition integration for investment funds and strategic consulting firms.

Since February 2025, he has also supported Forécreu, a family-owned SME and world leader in precision cannulated bar manufacturing, as Finance Administrator, particularly during the integration of Grover Precision, a strategic acquisition in the United States.

Arnaud Boussemart is a graduate of SKEMA Business School and holds a Master’s degree in International Industrial Strategy and Marketing from EM Lyon Business School.
