From 29 October to 2 November 2025, Paris will be hosting an exceptional edition of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie. On 2 July, at the Atelier du Goût Gault&Millau, official partner of the event, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie held its anniversary press conference.

To mark its 30th anniversary, the Show is returning with a completely revamped programme, more experiential, more festive and more immersive than ever. With a redesigned itinerary, almost 100 new exhibitors, new experiences, live shows and some of the biggest names in patisserie, this 2025 edition will be a blend of celebration, creativity and commitment.

Present in 11 countries around the world, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie has become a reflection of an art in constant evolution, a real spotlight on the cocoa, chocolate and patisserie industry.

True to its DNA, this anniversary edition will be showcasing the entre cocoa value chain, from local producers to pastry and chocolate creations to weave a dialogue between know-how, sustainability and shared passion.

It’s an anniversary not to be missed by industry professionals, families, enlightened amateurs and curious gourmands alike.

An anniversary edition under the banner of renewal

Organised by Comexposium, the world’s thi rd-largest event organiser, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie 2025 promises to be an edition that is faithful to its DNA, but completely reinvented!

This new edition promises a more immersive and fluid itinerary. Of the 250 exhibitors expected, 40% will be making their very first appearance at the show: an opportunity to discover a new generation of talent and key players in the sector. The animations, too (and above all), are getting a facelift, with the majority of them revamped to surprise, challenge, inspire and thrill all chocolate and patisserie enthusiasts.

Last but not least, the show will be supported by a strong, unifying programme, with a guest of honour and a brand new show to enhance this anniversary edition.

An exceptional guest of honour

Jean-Paul Hévin, a world-renowned master chocolatier, is the guest of honour at the 30ᵉ edition of the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie.

At the head of more than 20 boutiques in Paris, Japan and Taiwan, he has been the embodiment of French excellence in top-of-the-range chocolate for more than 30 years. Trained alongside Joël Robuchon, he won 8 leading pastry and chocolate competitions before becoming Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 1986.

Jean-Paul Hévin stands out for his precise, refined and deeply technical approach to taste. His role as guest of honour at the show will take on many facets… to be discovered from 29 October.

A chocolate musical

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Salon, the traditional chocolate fashion show will be transformed into a spectacular show worthy of Broadway. In partnership with AICOM, the first multi-disciplinary school in France dedicated to musical, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie is revisiting the great classics of musical comedy such as The Greatest Showman, Mamma Mia and Starmania…

This show reflects the values that are dear to the showband to the school: transmission, artistic commitment and surpassing oneself.

Chocolate takes to the stage too! Integrated into the costumes devised by chocolate-maker-designer duos, it becomes the stuff of creation and shines in the spotlight, combining gourmet delights with artistic performance.

Santa’s House

A magical space for young and old, tailor-made in partnership with Maisons du Monde. We’ll be showcasing Christmas logs created by the finest pastry chefs and chocolatiers, with a new addition this year from Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet.

The Parisian department stores’ will be previewing exclusive logs made by its partner pastry chefs and chocolatiers on boulevard Haussmann.

The 2025 edition will be packed with experiences to savour, admire and explore!

The iconic Pastry Show will bring together around fifty of France’s finest pastry chefs: Nina Métayer from Délicatisserie, Eddie Benghanem from Trianon Palace Versailles, Aurélien Cohen, Mercotte, and many more, for live demonstrations as inspiring as they are delicious.

Looking for a sweet break ? The emblematic Cake Time area is the perfect meeting point for tastings throughout the day, in a warm and friendly atmosphere, in direct contact with the pastry chefs.

And to make this sweet interlude even sweeter, there’s something for everyone, with a cup of George Cannon tea or a glass of Champagne Gremillet from the brand new “Royal tea time” formula. Royal tea time” formula.

Focus on creativity with the Inspiration Lane, an itinerary inviting visitors to plunge into a world of original shapes, textures and ideas, between technical daring and artistic freedom. The space will feature 10 replicas costumes from the show and 10 sculptures created by our exhibitors on the theme of celebration.

And let’s not forget the four monumental sculptures in the heart of the show, spectacular works of chocolate designed to surprise, amaze and pay homage to chocolate!
