Our CSR strategy, called “ALL INVOLVED”, highlights our commitment to evolving with our entire ecosystem. On the front line: our employees; who carry and embody the approach. At Comexposium, we value the well-being of our teams. We invest in their development, focusing on issues related to well-being at work and CSR. We believe that thriving teams contribute to our collective success and convey our commitment to continuous improvement. Together, we progress and contribute to the advancement of our communities.

Anchor CSR in each of the group’s businesses

  • The third strategic axis of the Group, CSR permeates the experience of our employees, from their integration into Comexposium and throughout their career.
  • Awareness and training play a major role. In France, Comexposium has implemented the Climate Fresco for its management teams and mandatory CSR e-learning for all employees. There are also dedicated thematic webinars, actions or challenges during Sustainable Development Week or European Employment Week for People with Disabilities.
  • Comexposium also deploys a network of CSR ambassadors across various subsidiaries and functions to work on specific projects or co-creation workshops.
