CEO of the Group since August 2025, Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti heads Comexposium, one of the world’s largest organizers of professional and consumer events.
A graduate of IEP Strasbourg (2004) and the School of Economic Warfare (2005), Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti was appointed Managing Director of the Prometheus corporate foundation in 2007. From 2009 to 2011, he served as a member of Christine Lagarde’s private office, acting as speechwriter to the French Minister for the Economy, Finance and Industry.
In 2011, he joined Unibail-Rodamco as Group Director of Communications and Institutional Relations. In 2014, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Viparis, the European leader in congresses and exhibitions, before becoming Deputy Chief Executive Officer. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Viparis.
In 2023, he became President of Copheam, where he supported investors and companies in real estate, hospitality and transformation projects. In 2024, he was appointed Managing Director in charge of Diversification at Mediawan, Europe’s leading independent studio, and joined its Executive Committee.
Pablo Nakhlé Cerruti joined Comexposium as Chief Executive Officer of the Group in August 2025.

Carine Préterre leads French professional and consumer exhibitions as Foire de Paris, Retromobile, SolutionsCSE, Salon Photo, Salon du Tourisme, Milipol, Trustech, Intermat, Silmo, NRF Retail’s Big Show Europe, etc.
A graduate of EDHEC Business School, she began her career in the fast-moving consumer goods sector, notably at Coca-Cola France, where she spent more than nine years building strong expertise in marketing, brand activation and the creation of high value-added experiences.
After an entrepreneurial experience, she joined Comexposium in 2012 and took over the management of Foire de Paris, the Group’s oldest event. She successfully transformed the show by redefining its positioning, offer and visitor experience, significantly enhancing its attractiveness.
In 2019, she was appointed Managing Director of Comexposium’s “Passion” events, overseeing a portfolio of iconic French B2C exhibitions including Foire de Paris, Rétromobile, the Salon Mondial du Tourisme, Créations & Savoir-Faire, the Salon de la Photo, the Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie, as well as the SolutionsCSE events.
Carine Préterre is appointed Managing Director, Exhibitions France. She now oversees nearly 20 brands and around 100 events in France (excluding subsidiary-operated events), some of which are held internationally, across sectors such as leisure, agriculture, retail, optics and eyewear, automotive and transport, security, construction, packaging and works councils.

Rodolphe Lameyse leads the Group’s Food & Beverage vertical, a newly created division dedicated to developing this market, where Comexposium is the world’s leading events organiser thanks to brands as SIAL, Wine Paris, Vinexpo Asia, Salon du Chocolat, Salon du Fromage et des Produits Laitiers, Gourmet Selection, etc.
A graduate of KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux and holder of an MBA from HEC Paris, Rodolphe Lameyse began his career at Accenture in Paris, before joining the Adecco Group in Lyon and Zurich.
He entered the events industry in 2009 as Marketing and Customer Services Director at Reed Midem France, where he oversaw digital marketing, e-business and the entire customer journey, from visitor recruitment to on-site experience.
In 2014, he moved to Singapore to lead an exhibition industry consulting firm, before joining Informa Group (formerly UBM), where he managed Food & Hospitality Asia exhibitions.
Returning to France in 2019, he became Chief Executive Officer of Vinexpo, which became Vinexposium following its merger with Comexposium in 2020.
With deep expertise in the global wine and spirits ecosystem, Rodolphe Lameyse has led the structuring and development of the Vinexposium Group, which has become the world’s leading organiser of professional events in the sector in just five years.
Under his leadership, Vinexposium also asserts its singularity through initiatives such as the Voice of the Industry or the V d’Or Awards, illustrating an expanded approach to its role in serving the sector.

Driss Tazi oversees Comexposium’s subsidiaries in Europe, the Middle East and the US, as well as the Group’s business transformation.
A graduate of ESMA and ESCP Europe in Finance and Accounting, Driss Tazi began his career at the Auchan Group as a management controller, before joining the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIR).
Over a ten-year period, he held a number of financial and strategic positions, including Head of Reporting and later Head of Investments. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing Viparis and Comexposium, subsidiaries of the CCIR.
Driss Tazi joined Comexposium in 2015 as Head of Development, then Head of M&A, overseeing all acquisition and integration processes across new geographies and business verticals. In 2023, he was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer.
Driss is appointed Managing Director, EMEA, US & Group Transformation. In this role, he oversees the EMEA and US subsidiaries (Comexposium One to One, Comexposium Healthcare, Comexposium US, L’Étudiant, WSN, MFV Exposition, Insight Events Denmark, Insight Events Sweden, etc.) as well as cross-functional Group transformation projects.

Currently leading the operations of Comexposium in Asia Pacific, Elaine Chia oversees the Group’s development across key markets including China, Southeast Asia, Japan, India, and Australia & New Zealand.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the media and exhibitions industry in Asia-Pacific, she began her career in marketing and data analytics before moving into exhibitions and one-to-one events.
In 2005, she joined Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), where she founded Sphere Exhibits, which later evolved into Constellar, a leading exhibition consortium owned by Temasek Holdings, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund.
As Managing Director at SPH Media, she developed a diversified portfolio of B2B and B2C events through acquisitions, partnerships and digital integration.
Since joining Comexposium in 2018, Elaine Chia has played a key role in strengthening the Group’s footprint in Asia-Pacific, particularly in China and Southeast Asia, across sectors including food, security, digital marketing, retail and automotive, overseeing a regional team of more than 200 employees.

Arnaud Boussemart is Chief Financial Officer of the Comexposium Group.
A graduate of SKEMA Business School, and holder of a master’s degree in international industrial strategy and marketing from EM Lyon Business School, he began his career in the industrial sector with Lafarge Aluminates in Paris and Tokyo, before moving into audit and financial consulting at Mazars in 1998. As a partner at Mazars, he founded and led the Tokyo office for ten years, before supporting its development upon his return to France in 2009.
From 2014 to 2024, he served at IN Groupe (formerly Imprimerie Nationale), a global leader in digital identity solutions and secure digital services, as Executive Vice President Finance and Administration. There, he led the Group’s digital transformation and growth, notably through seven major M&A transactions. In 2022, he was awarded the Gold Trophy in the “Finance Leaders” awards.
From April 2024, Arnaud Boussemart has worked as a Senior Operating Advisor, supporting investment funds and strategic consulting firms on Corporate Finance, M&A and post-acquisition integration assignments. Since 2025, he has also supported Forécreu, a family-owned SME and global leader in precision cannulated bar manufacturing, as Finance Administrator, notably during the integration of Grover Precision in the United States.
He joined Comexposium as Chief Financial Officer of the Group in early 2026.

Ronen Cohen oversees the design and delivery of all Group events and leads global procurement strategy.
A graduate in Finance, he began his career as a buyer at Orange. In 2001, he joined Unibail-Rodamco-Viparis as a senior buyer, where he discovered the exhibitions industry within Europe’s leading venue management group.
He later joined the French Aerospace Industries Association (GIFAS), where he developed strong expertise in negotiation and event coordination through the Paris International Air Show.
Ronen Cohen joined Comexposium in 2009 as Head of Purchasing, strengthening the Group’s ecosystem of service providers and partners while contributing to continuous improvements in event quality and customer experience.
In 2019, he was appointed Director of Operations and Purchasing. In this role, he oversees Comexposium’s purchasing strategy and, together with his team, is responsible for the design and implementation of more than a hundred of the Group’s events, enhancing the quality of customer experience and promoting sustainable development.
In 2025, Ronen Cohen expanded his remit to cover all the Group’s Operations and Purchasing activities, with the aim of deploying best practices and synergies to further improve the quality of execution.

Morgan Lavielle defines and drives the Group’s communication, engagement and impact strategy.
A graduate of NEOMA Business School, he began his career in the Advertising Department of Société Générale before joining the Unibail Group, where he supported shopping centres in their communication strategies. During the Unibail-Rodamco merger, he contributed to defining and deploying the corporate communications strategy of a new European leader.
In 2011, he joined Carrefour Group to lead communications for its real estate subsidiary, Carrefour Property. He later took part in the creation of Carmila in 2014 and its IPO in 2017, defining and implementing the internal and external communications strategy of the third-largest listed shopping centre company in Europe.
Morgan Lavielle joined Comexposium in 2022 as Group Director of Communications and CSR. He oversees the Group’s internal and external communications and leads the deployment of its CSR strategy and commitments.
Sarah MARTIN
Group Director, Human Resources
Sarah Martin supports HR transformation and talent development for the Group’s 1,200 employees.
After studying labour law, she earned a master’s degree in human resources management and began her career at AstraZeneca, specialising in labour relations. She then joined Cellectis, a biotechnology start-up, where she held her first HR generalist role in a fast-growing environment.
She subsequently joined Nippon Express, a global leader in transport and logistics, where she led major social restructuring projects as Head of Human Resources for the French subsidiary.
In 2017, Sarah Martin became Director of Human Resources at Warner Music France, supporting structural change in a rapidly evolving industry with a strong focus on employee experience, employer branding and attractiveness. This approach notably enabled Warner Music France to obtain the sector’s first Great Place to Work certification.
After fifteen years of supporting HR transformation projects in various environments, both in France and internationally, Sarah Martin joined Comexposium in 2023 as Human Resources Director.
